Renewal Process

Approximately one month before your scheduled renewal date you will receive a renewal notice. It is extremely important to keep FamilyCord updated with your current contact information. If you would like to update your contact information, please call us at 800-490-CORD (2673) or submit your updated contact information through our website.

Storage Packages

You may purchase storage beyond your initial contract at any time. Storage rates may increase up to 5% per year. Extended storage plans lock in the annual storage fee for the duration of the contract.
