Mother’s Day Giveaway Details

  1. Our "Mother’s Day" Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees, officers, directors, and other affiliates of Family Cord Blood Services are not eligible.
  2. To enter you must fill out entry form on our Family Cord Blood Services website Giveaway page between April 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008. Entrants must be 18 years old or older. Only one entry per household. Entry must be made by individual entering Giveaway. Entries made by another individual will be declared invalid.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter this Giveaway.
  4. Giveaway available only to new customers who complete the entry form between April 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008.
  5. A winner will be randomly selected on or about June 10, 2008 and notified by phone or email. Winner will be reimbursed any amount already paid to Family Cord Blood Services in April 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008.
  6. The odds of winning Giveaway depend on total number of entries.
  7. The grand prize is Free Cord Blood Banking with Family Cord Blood Services consisting of enrollment, collection kit, medical courier transport of cord blood, processing, and one year of storage, a total value of $1650. The prize may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged for any other ongoing giveaways nor can it be combined with any other offers. The selected winner must enroll in Family Cord Blood Services cord blood banking program no later than 7 days before her due date. Family Cord Blood Services reserves the right to change prizes.
  8. In connection with the Giveaway, Family Cord Blood Services reserves the right to use selected winner's information in our company press releases, articles and other announcements. To review our company's privacy policy, click here.
  9. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel Giveaway at any time for any reason or due to any virus, computer bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or any other reason beyond the control of Family Cord Blood Services. We reserve the right to make changes to Giveaway rules. If the fairness, operation, integrity, or security of the Giveaway is compromised then cancellation of the Giveaway will be immediate. If Family Cord Blood Services deems it appropriate they will elect to award the giveaway prize to entrants in the system at the time of cancellation. Decisions regarding Giveaway by Family Cord Blood Services are final.
  10. Family Cord Blood Services will not be held responsible for any human error, for entries not received due to service outages, computer glitches or other technical problems, difficulty accessing the internet, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries in connection with the Giveaway.
